a)  An Integrated Communications Strategy

The host government and co-organizers have prepared and are implementing a comprehensive and fully integrated communication strategy in support of the overall publicity and communication for the conference.

The TICAD VI logo has also been designed and approved by the host government and co-organisers. The logo remains the exclusive property of the host country and the co-organizers. Any unauthorized use of the TICAD VI logo is expressly prohibited.

  b)   Print and Electronic Media

The host government and co-organisers will give various scheduled media briefings ahead of and during the conference. Briefing sessions have also been organised for various national and international stakeholders. Both the host country newspapers and other international media outlets will be routinely provided with print and electronic information on the conference as well as interview opportunities with key spokespeople for purposes of publicity and communication.
